2. In short

The Kittelglück app does not collect any personal data. There is no user account, no advertising, no analytics and no advertising ID, and I do not receive any data about you. The game also works without an internet connection; the internet is only needed for optional purchases through Google Play.

3. Game progress on your device

Your game progress (for example your clinic, stars, gems, settings and the daily gift) is stored only locally on your device. I have no access to it. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your progress is deleted as well.

If you have turned on Android backup in your Google account, Android may back up this app data together with your other device data in your Google account so that your progress can be restored on a new device. You control this backup yourself in the Android settings; Google's privacy terms apply.

4. In-app purchases

You can optionally buy gems through the Google Play billing system. Google handles the payment; the Google privacy policy and the Google Play terms of service apply. I do not receive any payment details such as card numbers. The app only receives a purchase confirmation with a purchase ID from Google Play in order to credit your purchase and prevent double credits. This ID stays on your device.

The legal basis is the performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. App permissions

The app uses the internet connection only for purchases via Google Play and vibration for game effects (can be turned off in the game settings). It does not need any other permissions.

6. Contact by email

If you write to me, I process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). I delete the message once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. This website

When you visit these pages, my hosting provider (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type in server log files in order to deliver the pages and keep the server secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after a short time. These pages do not set cookies, do not use analytics or advertising services and do not load content from third-party servers; the font is hosted on the same server.

8. Children

The app does not collect personal data from children either. You can protect purchases in the Google Play settings with a confirmation or through Google Family Link.

9. Your rights

You have the rights under the GDPR, in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Since the app does not send any data about you to me, I usually cannot provide information about game data; for purchase data held by Google, please contact Google. 10. Changes

If the app changes, for example through new features, I will update this policy. The version published here applies.
